What could it mean for your property business?

When delivered correctly, a Rent to Rent agreement between Property Owner and Property Manager can be a long, respectful and profitable relationship for both parties.


This is exactly what we have in mind with every Rent to Rent agreement we put in place at MPM Ltd., because we appreciate that a business arrangement does not work if one side of the agreement is unhappy. Therefore, we do everything in our power to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive. To do that, we need to make sure our client can simply sit back, take their mind off the property, and watch the pounds roll in.

So we offer the following services as standard with all of our Rent to Rent deals.

FULL TENANT MANAGEMENT

We know that the day-to-day management of tenants can be the most stressful and time-consuming aspect. Our contributions include, but are not limited to; advertising the property; conducting credit checks and prior-landlord checks for all potential tenants and dealing with AST contracts (for HMO properties), all the way through to; managing tenant concerns and filling rooms when tenants move on.

This is one of the main elements of our Rent to Rent process. Every aspect of the tenant/guest journey is scrupulously monitored and expertly handled from start to finish, for each and every individual that stays in one of our properties. This affords our clients an entirely hands-off approach when it comes to the individuals residing in their property.

ONGOING MINOR MAINTENANCE

Answering the late night/early morning phone calls from tenants is bad enough, then comes the stress of finding (and often paying!) for someone to come in and resolve the issue. With a dedicated handyman and minor maintenance professional at our disposal, you can be sure that your property will be in good hands should there be a maintenance accident or emergency in the property.

You will be hard pushed to find a letting agent that offers this service. The beauty of our Rent to Rent deals is the clause in our client contract that states we will return the house in the same, or better, condition than it is at the beginning of the term. So it is within our interest to ensure your property is treated as if it were our own.

ALL BILLS COVERED

When you enter into a Rent to Rent agreement with us we always take on the responsibility of paying the household bills and ongoing monthly expenses associated with the property. So if you currently manage the bills yourself then it is one more thing we can take off your hands. If you currently leave the tenants to sort out the bills, then rest assured that entering into a Rent to Rent agreement with us will not require any additional ongoing work for you with regards to the household bills.

The operating expenses we cover throughout the term of the agreement are, but not necessarily limited to; gas, electric & water; broadband & TV subscription; TV license; council tax; regular cleaning of shared areas and gardening.

Well quite honestly, nothing.

Our Rent to Rent process is structured in such a way that you, the owner, quite literally have nothing left to manage. We effectively become the landlord of the property, taking full responsibility for the running of the property across the whole length of the term, and you become the behind the scenes benefactor of the agreement. Simple as that!
