The process we follow is called Rent to Rent. Very simply, you let the property to us, under a commercial lease or management agreement. We then take on our own carefully selected tenants/guests; manage the daily running; and take care of any minor maintenance issues in the property. We offer 3 or 5 year contracts which are fully customisable and bespoke to suit your needs. All terms are discussed at length between yourself and us before the contract is drawn up. At which point we strongly encourage you to run the contract by your own solicitor, for approval before signing. This process should allow you the security needed when entering into a long-term contract, and helps us ensure we retain a mutually beneficial and profitable relationship over the course of the term.
